We are seeking a motivated and responsible Deputy Security Officer to join our team. The role involves supporting ongoing security operations, implementing procedures, and working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation and enforcement of security procedures and protocols
- Assist in managing day-to-day security operations and reports
- Monitor and respond to security-related incidents
- Identify risks and provide practical security solutions
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Fluency in English, Russian, and Azerbaijani
- Security-oriented mindset (prior experience is an advantage, but not mandatory)
- High motivation and willingness to learn and develop
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently
- Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- High level of integrity and discretion
- Good health condition and physical fitness required for the role
Advantages:

- Experience in training or instruction
- Experience in writing security procedures and SOPs
- Experience with security systems (CCTV, access control, etc.)
- Familiarity with emergency procedures and incident management
