Job Description:
Experience in transformation and creating effective business processes:
- establish the correct workflow for transferring information and updates between the call center team and the development product team - product updates, new features, etc.).
- create an organic, effective migration process from current software to Genesis software and introduce AI-related features there.
- internal processes (optimization) in the call center team.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., PMP) preferred.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in project management or implementation roles, with a track record of successful project delivery.
Skills: Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing challenges. Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira).
