Stream: International (Cambridge) Application Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in education or psychology preferred
 - Minimum 1 year of experience working with young children or in inclusive settings
 - Familiarity with behavior support strategies and child development principles
 - Patient, calm, and empathetic personality
 - Effective communication skills with teachers, counselors, and parents
 - Fluency in English (required); proficiency in Azerbaijani preferred
 - Able to follow class routines and the lead of the homeroom teacher
 
Main responsibilities:
- Provide daily 1:1 support, under the supervision of the Grade 1 homeroom teacher
 - Monitor and guide his behavior and emotional responses
 - Support him in staying focused and completing assigned tasks
 - Encourage positive peer interactions and independent learning
 - Collaborate with the school counselor, parents, and teaching team
 - Document observations and progress regularly
 - Attend meetings relevant to the student’s support plan
 - Adhere to school policies regarding student safety and inclusion
