Stream: International (Cambridge) Application Requirements:
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Diploma;
- B2 English language proficiency (spoken and written);
- A degree or coursework in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred;
- Relevant training or certification in child development, first aid is an advantage.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience working with young children in a preschool setting;
- Experience supporting classroom teachers and working collaboratively in a team environment;
- Familiarity with early childhood developmental milestones and age-appropriate practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with both children and adults;
- Warm, patient, and nurturing personality with a genuine love for working with young children;
- Ability to follow directions and assist the lead teacher in implementing daily routines and educational activities;
- Ability to maintain a safe, clean, and positive classroom environment;
- Flexibility, reliability, and a proactive attitude toward supporting children’s learning and well-being.
Main responsibilities:
- Support the lead teacher in planning and implementing daily educational activities aligned with the preschool curriculum.
- Assist in supervising and guiding children during classroom activities, playtime, and outdoor sessions.
- Help prepare and organize teaching materials, learning centers, and classroom resources.
- Foster a caring, safe, and inclusive environment where every child feels valued and supported.
- Encourage positive behavior and assist children in developing social, emotional, and self-help skills.
- Observe and report children’s progress, behavior, and any concerns to the lead teacher.
- Assist with maintaining cleanliness and order in the classroom, ensuring materials and toys are properly stored and sanitized.
- Support children during snack, lunch, rest, and toileting times, promoting independence and hygiene routines.
- Participate in school events, celebrations, and professional development sessions as required.
- Communicate respectfully and effectively with children, colleagues, and parents
