Main duties:

  • Ensure compliance with all Hotel service standards in relations with guests and hotel employees.
  • Participate in daily handover procedures.
  • Manage time properly and complete tasks assigned by the manager on time.
  •  Providing guests with the necessary information in an accurate and complete manner to ensure that they are served in accordance with the Hotel's standards.
  • Monitor updated information about Guest requests and cooperate with Guests on this matter.
  • Engage with guests and ensure that feedback is collected from them.
  • To spare no effort to ensure that any negative feedback that may arise from guests is resolved in a positive manner.
  • Be active, responsible, stress-resistant, and accurate in their work.
  • Implementation of oral and written instructions and existing internal company regulations issued directly by the department head in order to ensure the performance of labor functions.
  • Organize and execute work in accordance with procedures and instructions.
  • Protecting the confidentiality of incoming and outgoing information.
  •  Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor in accordance with the position.

Candidate requirements:

  • Previous hotel experience is preferable.
  • Strong working knowledge of related computer software, including restaurant management software.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Azerbaijani, Russian or/and English languages.
  • Highly responsible & reliable.
