Main duties:
- Ensure compliance with all Hotel service standards in relations with guests and hotel employees.
- Participate in daily handover procedures.
- Manage time properly and complete tasks assigned by the manager on time.
- Providing guests with the necessary information in an accurate and complete manner to ensure that they are served in accordance with the Hotel's standards.
- Monitor updated information about Guest requests and cooperate with Guests on this matter.
- Engage with guests and ensure that feedback is collected from them.
- To spare no effort to ensure that any negative feedback that may arise from guests is resolved in a positive manner.
- Be active, responsible, stress-resistant, and accurate in their work.
- Implementation of oral and written instructions and existing internal company regulations issued directly by the department head in order to ensure the performance of labor functions.
- Organize and execute work in accordance with procedures and instructions.
- Protecting the confidentiality of incoming and outgoing information.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor in accordance with the position.
Candidate requirements:
- Previous hotel experience is preferable.
- Strong working knowledge of related computer software, including restaurant management software.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Azerbaijani, Russian or/and English languages.
- Highly responsible & reliable.
