Spa supervisor provides current and detailed descriptions of spa & fitness services; know current fitness class schedule, current packages, facility features and hours of operation.
Main duties:
- Accountable for controllable costs in store
- Keep appropriate par stock on all inventories goods
- Maintains good relationships with colleagues and contributes to team spirit
- Interacts with other departments to provide additional or specialized guest services
- Monitor general quality of work
- Verity accuracy of rooms in accordance with hotel procedures
- Provide feedback on staff performance
- Document pertinent information in the departmental logbook and/or guest incident action forms
- Report on management regarding sales results and productivity
Candidate requirements:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Internet, and various office equipment
- Participate in regular staff meetings keep employees informed of hotel policies and changes ways to increase sales and service
- Team spirit
- Well organized
- Autonomous
- Supervise all aspects of Cielo Spa, health club, sales, members, and staff
- Strong leadership skills, able to lead employees to achieve the department’s vision and goals
- Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian and English languages
