HS Solutions is looking for an active and confident sales professional who feels comfortable speaking on the phone and understands that sales results come through consistent outreach. We need someone who can create interest and wants to grow in B2B sales.

Responsibilities

  • daily cold calls to potential companies
  • explaining our services and the value for clients
  • scheduling meetings or initial consultations
  • simple reporting on call results
  • searching for potential clients through open sources

Requirements

  • experience in cold calling or B2B sales
  • clear and confident communication
  • discipline and responsibility
  • Russian or English knowledge is an advantage
  • we do not teach sales from scratch — we need someone who already knows how to make calls
