Responsibilities
Responsible for managing the end-to-end Procurement Sourcing-to-Payment process across administrative, general, and indirect procurement categories.
- Supplier Sourcing & Qualification
- Identify, source, assess, and qualify suppliers based on business requirements, quality, cost, service capability, and commercial conditions.
- Supplier Selection & Negotiation
- Develop appropriate sourcing strategies, conduct commercial negotiations, evaluate quotations and proposals, and support supplier selection.
- General & Indirect Procurement
- Manage procurement activities across various categories, which may include marketing, consultancy, professional services, payroll/HR-related services, travel, facilities, office services, IT services, and other general procurement requirements.
- Supplier Relationship Management
- Maintain effective long-term relationships with suppliers and monitor supplier performance, service quality, contractual compliance, and delivery.
- Procurement Process Management
- Ensure procurement activities are completed in accordance with internal processes, policies, approval requirements, and contractual procedures.
- Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand requirements, provide procurement solutions, resolve issues, and ensure timely fulfillment of business needs.
- Market Research & Benchmarking
- Conduct market surveys, supplier comparisons, price benchmarking, and market analysis to support competitive procurement decisions and cost optimization.
- Other Responsibilities
- Perform other procurement-related tasks as assigned from time to time.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in general or indirect procurement is preferred.
- Experience in categories such as marketing, consultancy, professional services, payroll/HR services, travel, facilities, office services, IT/software/services, or other administrative procurement is an advantage.
- Experience in engineering or DC procurement is not mandatory.
- Candidates with strong general procurement fundamentals and the ability to manage multiple categories are encouraged to apply.
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or any related field from a recognized university.
- Minimum 2 years of procurement experience, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant procurement/business systems.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Fluency in English and Russian is essential; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Strong logical thinking and the ability to present, convince, and influence stakeholders through sound reasoning and high-quality work output.
- Familiarity with market benchmarks, competitive conditions, supplier capabilities, and market trends.
- Basic understanding of applicable international and local laws, regulations, and commercial requirements.
- Strong sense of responsibility, ownership, result orientation, and team spirit.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and international environment.
