Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager with a strong background in Oil & Gas digitalization and ICT. You will be responsible for managing enterprise clients and driving sales of telecommunications and digital solutions. Candidates with relevant industry experience, a proven sales track record, and stable career history are preferred.
Preferred Background (Candidates matching one or more categories will be prioritized for interviews):
- Background at digital solution providers for Oil & Gas (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, Cisco).
- Background at industry systems integrators (e.g., NTT, Schlumberger, CGG, BP).
- Background within Oil & Gas companies, in departments responsible for digital transformation, ICT planning, or operations & maintenance.
Core Responsibilities:
- Account & Sales Management: Build and maintain client relationships, develop a deep understanding of their business, provide tailored solutions, and manage contract negotiations and sales targets.
- Solution Promotion: Identify new opportunities and present/customized solutions including voice, data, cloud, and IoT services.
- Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams to design solutions and coordinate with marketing to prepare proposals. Provide market feedback internally.
- Analysis & Reporting: Analyze client usage trends and prepare sales forecasts and performance reports.
Qualifications:
Essentials:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or account management.
- Stable career history with a minimum of 2 years tenure at each previous company.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Required technical knowledge: ICT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and Oil & Gas industry digitalization.
- Proficient in CRM and MS Office tools.
Key Experience (Strong Plus):
- Prior experience in successfully expanding sales operations at SOCAR (State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic) is highly preferred.
Competencies & Attributes:
- Strong track record in achieving sales targets, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and analytical ability.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Language:
- Fluency in both English and Russian (written and spoken) is mandatory.
