Responsibilities
Responsible for managing the end-to-end Procurement Sourcing-to-Payment process and acting as a core procurement member in project delivery.
- Supplier Sourcing & Qualification
- Identify, source, assess, and qualify quality suppliers to establish a competitive and reliable supplier pool.
- Supplier Selection & Procurement Strategy
- Develop and execute appropriate supplier-selection and sourcing strategies based on project requirements, market conditions, commercial considerations, and procurement objectives.
- Supplier Relationship Management
- Manage long-term relationships with strategic suppliers, including supplier development, performance management, capability assessment, and continuous improvement.
- Project Delivery & Supplier Performance
- Work closely with Engineering, Project Management, Sales, and other stakeholders to monitor supplier performance, resolve delivery issues, ensure procurement readiness, and support successful project implementation.
- Early Procurement Involvement & Bid Support
- Participate in early procurement involvement for key sales projects, support project bidding activities, execute procurement strategies, and contribute to subcontracting resource assurance solutions for key projects.
- Market Research & Commercial Analysis
- Conduct market research, analyze supplier capabilities and competitive conditions, establish market benchmarks, and identify cost optimization opportunities.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with internal stakeholders including Engineering, Sales, Finance, Legal, Project Management, and other functions to ensure alignment of procurement and business requirements.
- Other Responsibilities
- Perform other procurement-related tasks as assigned from time to time.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in Data Center (DC), telecom, ICT infrastructure, engineering, construction, or other technical project procurement is highly preferred.
- Experience in subcontracting procurement, technical services, project-based sourcing, supplier qualification, and commercial negotiations is an advantage.
- Candidates without direct DC experience may also be considered if they have strong experience in engineering, ICT, infrastructure, or other project-based procurement.
- Knowledge of ICT products, technologies, engineering projects, and project management is an advantage.
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or any related field from a recognized university.
- Minimum 2 years of procurement experience, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant procurement/business systems.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Fluency in English and Russian is essential; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Strong logical thinking and the ability to present, convince, and influence stakeholders through sound reasoning and high-quality work output.
- Familiarity with market benchmarks, competitive conditions, supplier capabilities, and market trends.
- Basic understanding of applicable international and local laws, regulations, and commercial requirements.
- Strong sense of responsibility, ownership, result orientation, and team spirit.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and international environment.
