Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales
- Identify and develop business opportunities in the banking, insurance, and financial services sector.
- Promote Huawei's financial industry solutions, including cloud computing, AI, big data, fintech, and security solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.
Customer Engagement & Account Management
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored digital transformation solutions for core banking, digital payments, and risk management.
- Manage key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions with financial institutions.
Solution Design & Technical Consultation
- Work with pre-sales and technical teams to design customized solutions for financial clients.
- Present Huawei’s fintech innovations and industry best practices to customers.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and compliance requirements in Azerbaijan’s financial sector.
Revenue & Sales Target Achievement
- Drive revenue growth by achieving sales targets and market penetration.
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for Huawei’s financial industry solutions.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years of financial industry experience.
- Rich ICT industry experience including one or more domains (IP, IT, Storage, Cloud, etc.), and familiar with 2 or 3 vendors' products and solutions (e.g., Huawei, Cisco, Dell, HP).
- Proven track record of successful ICT project delivery in the financial sector in Azerbaijan.
