Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales
- Identify and develop strategic business opportunities within government, public sector, and state-owned enterprises.
- Promote Huawei's government industry solutions, including e-government clouds, data centers, secure city solutions, and national digital transformation platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key government officials, ministries, and regulatory bodies.
Customer Engagement & Account Management
- Understand the strategic digitalization goals and public service needs of government customers, providing tailored solutions.
- Manage key government accounts, ensuring project success and long-term partnership.
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions with government entities and partners.
Solution Design & Technical Consultation
- Work with pre-sales and technical teams to design secure, reliable, and compliant solutions for government clients.
- Present Huawei’s innovations in government digital transformation and industry best practices.
- Stay updated on public sector policies, procurement processes, and national security & compliance requirements in Azerbaijan.
Revenue & Sales Target Achievement
- Drive revenue growth by achieving sales targets and expanding Huawei's footprint in the government sector.
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for Huawei’s government industry solutions.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the ICT industry, including at least 5 years of direct experience working with or within government/public sector organizations.
- Rich ICT industry experience including one or more domains (IP, IT, Storage, Cloud, etc.), and familiar with 2 or 3 vendors' products and solutions (e.g., Huawei, Cisco, Dell, HP).
- Proven track record of successful ICT project delivery in the government or public sector in Azerbaijan.
