IP Network Engineer– Candidate Requirements

Education & Experience

• Proven experience in network design, deployment, and technical support.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of IP network protocols: BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, MPLS, VPN, QoS.
• Network security expertise: ACL, Firewall, IPSec VPN configuration and management.
• Familiarity with network monitoring and diagnostic tools
• Proficiency in IPv4 and IPv6 addressing, subnetting, and routing planning.
• Knowledge of Layer 2 and Layer 3 network design and management.

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Responsible, result-oriented, and disciplined.
• Intermediate or advanced English (reading, writing, speaking).

Preferred Qualifications

• International certifications such as HCIP/CCNP/JNCIP
• Experience in data center or ISP networks.
