Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Operations

• Launch and manage marketing campaigns in the internal Marketing system
• Verify campaign documentation and supporting evidences to ensure compliance with internal requirements
• Monitor campaign KPIs, prepare performance reports, and recommend optimization actions when required

Digital Marketing & Social Media

• Develop and maintain a weekly social media content calendar
• Manage the Instagram page and ensure consistent brand communication
• Create engaging social media posts and stories
• Monitor community engagement by responding to comments and direct messages in a timely and professional manner
• Track social media performance and suggest improvements to increase reach and engagement

Product Launch Support

• Support the planning and execution of new product launches
• Coordinate the translation and localization of training materials, marketing assets, and launch documentation
• Work closely with sales, product, and training teams to ensure successful launch activities

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing or brand management
• Experience managing social media platforms, particularly Instagram
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good analytical skills with the ability to monitor KPIs and prepare reports
• Proficiency in Photoshop or similar Designer SW; Social media Apps. Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Experience working with marketing management systems is an advantage
• Fluent in Azerbaijani and English; Russian is a plus
