Job Skill Requirements:
- English can be used as a working language;
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (communication management, personnel management) is preferred;
- Basic concepts and knowledge of service operations are required.
Professional Knowledge Requirements:
- Possess good communication skills, interpersonal understanding, and collaboration abilities; be proactive, have a service-oriented mindset and sense of responsibility, and be willing to engage in communication network maintenance and management work;
- Experience in development, testing, engineering, or maintenance of one or more types of communication products (e.g., mobile networks, transmission networks, or core networks) is preferred;
- Proficient in using Office software (Word/Excel/PPT).
