Job Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with government and enterprise clients (including sectors such as transportation, logistics, and public services), serving as the primary point of contact for their digitalization and communication needs. Develop a deep understanding of clients' business models, development goals, and operational challenges to offer relevant digital and communication solutions. Manage contract negotiations and renewals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new opportunities for digital services within existing and potential government/enterprise accounts. Develop and execute account development plans to meet or exceed departmental business targets. Promote comprehensive solutions including smart transportation, data services, cloud computing, and IoT.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with technical and project delivery teams to facilitate the design and implementation of tailored solutions. Collaborate with policy research, marketing, and other relevant departments to create valuable proposals and presentation materials that support client communication and project advancement.
  • Industry and Policy Insight: Stay updated on digital technology trends, transportation industry dynamics, and relevant policy changes. Analyze competitor service models. Provide feedback to product and policy development teams to support service optimization and innovation.
  • Data and Reporting Analysis: Regularly prepare client development reports, project progress updates, and performance analyses for management review. Monitor customer usage data and service trends to identify potential growth areas and cooperation opportunities.

​​​​​​​Job Requirements:

  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or above in Information Management, Public Administration, Transportation Engineering, Marketing, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in government/enterprise client services, project development, or promoting digital solutions.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to build trust with clients at various levels (government and enterprise). Strong policy comprehension and business acumen, capable of driving project implementation in complex environments. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and propose service optimizations based on client behavior.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in CRM tools and office software (e.g., Office 365, Enterprise WeChat). Basic understanding of digital technologies such as smart transportation, big data, and cloud computing is a plus.
  • Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously. Strong service orientation and team player spirit. Willingness to travel as needed for industry conferences and government/enterprise engagement activities.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in Chinese and English (or Russian), both written and verbal, is required to effectively communicate with diverse clients and handle documentation in a multi-lingual environment.
