Job Purpose

  • The Partner Service Manager is responsible for building and managing strategic relationships with external service partners to support business growth, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain operational efficiency. The role focuses on developing partner strategies, managing day-to-day partner operations, tracking performance through KPIs, and facilitating collaboration between partners and internal teams. Additionally, the position is responsible for managing and enabling enterprise service partners across multiple countries. The role works closely with country channel managers, delivery teams, and internal business units to ensure partners are properly qualified and capable of supporting enterprise service delivery and project implementation

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate enterprise service partners across multiple countries.
  • Developing joint business plans.
  • Working with country channel, sales and delivery teams align partnership goals with company objectives
  • Support development of partner service capabilities and resource qualifications.
  • Understand service delivery requirements and project execution processes.
  • Tracking partner capability, certifications, resource readiness and ensure goals are met.
  • Organize partner enablement activities such as training, workshops, and knowledge transfer.
  • Support internal teams and partners in operational platform processes when required.
  • Prepare reports, tracking sheets, and operational summaries based on weekly/ monthly

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, IT, Engineering, or Business Administration.
  • 3–5 year`s experience in partner management, service operations, or enterprise business support.
  • Understanding of enterprise business, project lifecycle, and service delivery processes.
  • Ability to work with Multi-Country teams and partner ecosystems.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
