Job Responsibilities:
- As a Solution Manager, take charge of guiding pre-sales opportunities, creating solutions, understanding customer needs, and transforming them into solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Gain in-depth insights into local ICT technology trends, analyze market demands in Kazakhstan and neighboring countries, and be responsible for/participate in the formulation of local channel solution sales strategies.
- Be responsible for high-touch interactions with technical and CXO-level customers, guide customer ICT investments through business and system analysis, and identify opportunities.
- Participate in project operations, be responsible for solution expansion, understand industry customer needs, and match and provide solutions accordingly.
- Align resources around objectives, organize internal company resources, and ensure the achievement of sales targets.
Job Requirements:
Business Skills:
- Have 5+ years of experience in ICT industry solution sales, preferably with a strong background in the local ICT market in Kazakhstan/Uzbekistan/Azerbaijan.
- Possess the ability to understand requirements and design solutions, and have strong communication and guidance skills with customers and channels.
- Strong sense of goal, excellent self-motivation, and a strong drive for success.
- Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
- Good presentation and communication skills, capable of performing basic tasks such as technical guidance, proposal preparation, and bid response.
Professional Knowledge:
- Familiarity with single or multiple products such as data communication, IT storage, data center networks, intelligent collaboration, or video surveillance.
