Job Requirements:

• ICT domain knowledge: The ability to translate complex ICT products (e.g., ITS, railway solutions) into benefits that transportation customers can understand, such as "reduced traffic congestion benefits" and "cost reduction benefits."
• Transportation Industry experience: Participation in large-scale projects at the local transportation department, traffic police, or railway company.
• Procurement Knowledge: Understanding of "Government procurement" processes, familiarity with local bidding laws, transportation budget cycles, technical selection criteria, and how to legally and compliantly conduct "pre-project research and engagement."
• Good presentation and communication skills: capable of performing basic tasks such as technical guidance, proposal preparation, and bid response, with English as a working language.
• Linguistic Trinity: Proficient in Russian, native-level proficiency in the local language (choose one from Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, or Azerbaijan), and working-level English.
