Main requirements:

  • Higher education degree in accounting, finance or similar fields
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred
  • Azeri (native), English (pre-intermediate), Russian is advantageous
  • Basic knowledge of Opera and Micros (Symphony) systems
  • Detail-oriented
  • Friendly, polite and customer-oriented personality
  • Ability to work in a team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing all duties determined by DOF under the supervision of Chief Accountant, Accounting Manager or Accountant determined for specific area of work
  • Keeping accurate records of invoices for paying purchased goods, correct allocation of expenses and payment of all expenses in accordance with Hotel policies and procedures and local legislation.
  • Tracking and accounting of all transactions from CL and timely payment of all claims.
  • Conducting control of Purchasing department and daily operation of F&B department. Calculation of all hotel expenses and timely preparation of statistical reports.
  • Proper allocation of all Hotel incomes.
