A growing group operating across Central Asia and the South Caucasus is looking for a high-caliber Executive Business Assistant to join the CEO Office. This is a unique role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. You will work directly with the CEO, acting as a strategic partner in managing priorities, coordinating international operations, and driving key business initiatives forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the CEO in daily priorities, strategic initiatives, and cross-country coordination
- Assist in preparation of reports, presentations, and decision-making materials
- Manage communication with internal and external stakeholders discreetly and professionally
- Coordinate projects across multiple markets, ensuring timely execution and follow-through
- Contribute to corporate development activities, including negotiations and M&A processes
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in consulting, project management, or business operations
- Proficiency in English & Russian (C1 level mandatory)
- Confident user of Microsoft 365 tools
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively across diverse markets and stakeholders
- High level of discretion, initiative, and follow-through
