Main responsibilities:

  • Prepare and ensure the accuracy of title documents for vehicles being purchased, sold, or transferred;
  • Verify the authenticity of titles, including checking for liens, ownership, and any discrepancies;
  • Coordinate with relevant departments (e.g., sales, logistics, legal) to collect and manage all necessary documentation associated with titles;
  • Oversee import/export operations, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and local laws;
  • Booking Documentation process;
  • Directly working with Vessel lines;
  • Making documents’ receipts;
  • Billing of loadings;
  • Ensure all title documentation complies with local, state, and federal regulations and laws;
  • Process title applications and transfers, including submitting necessary forms to the appropriate government bodies;
  • Negotiate contracts with transportation providers and warehouse operators to secure favorable terms;
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding title status, requirements, and any issues that may arise during the process;
  • Maintain organized records of all title documents, transactions, and communications for future reference and auditing purposes;
  • Address and resolve any issues related to titles, including lost titles, discrepancies in documentation, and delays.

Requirements

  • A degree in business, logistics, or a related field may be preferred;
  • Minimum 3 years of prior experience in title handling, legal documentation, or a similar role;
  • Strong knowledge of customs clearance procedures, import/export regulations, and international freight operations; 
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation;
  • Familiarity with local and state title regulations and procedures;
  • Ability to address and resolve issues efficiently;
  • Strong organizational capabilities to manage multiple titles and documents simultaneously;
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written);
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients and authorities;
  • Experience with ERP systems and logistics management software is preferred;
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook);
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines

Working conditions: 

  • Location: Baku city
  • Sector: International Logistics of Containers from Country to Country 
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5 working days per week;
