Key Responsibilities:

• Organize procurement of HVAC equipment and materials from local and international markets
• Conduct market research, identify new suppliers, and perform price comparisons
• Negotiate and correspond with vendor companies to obtain favorable terms
• Prepare and monitor purchase agreements and contracts
• Ensure goods comply with technical requirements and quality standards
• Manage procurement processes within budget and deadlines
• Perform procurement operations and reporting in 1C software
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse departments

Requirements:

• Education: Higher education (preferably in economics, engineering, or a relevant field)
• Experience: 5–10 years of proven work experience in procurement/supply (experience in HVAC, construction, or industrial sectors is an advantage)
• Strong skills in conducting international market research
• Proficiency in 1C software
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with vendors
• Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English (mandatory)
• Confident user of MS Office programs
