• Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing of web and mobile applications to identify defects and ensure adherence to quality standards;
• Analyze and interpret test results, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and designers, to understand project goals and requirements, and communicate test results effectively;
• Utilize bug tracking tools such as Jira,Youtrack to document, track, and prioritize defects throughout the testing process;
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior QA team members;
• Perform API testing using tools like Postman and Swagger to validate the integrity and functionality of backend services;
• Contribute to the design and implementation of testing strategies, methodologies, and best practices;
• Utilize SQL for database testing and data validation purposes, including PostgreSQL and MongoDB;
• Utilize Java programming language for test automation efforts and assist in the development and maintenance of automated test scripts;
• Hands-on experience with test case management tools like TestRail or similar, including the ability to create comprehensive check lists and manage test cases efficiently.
