  • Greet and welcome visitors, members, and guests with professionalism and enthusiasm;
  • Manage the reception area, including answering phone calls, handling inquiries, and directing visitors to appropriate personnel or areas;
  • Maintain a welcoming and organized environment at the reception and throughout the hub
  • Responsible for the Hub Management tool;
  • Ensure that office facilities and equipment are well-maintained and operational;
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies, including stationery, kitchen essentials, and other necessities;
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for facility maintenance and repairs;
  • Actively promote and sell desk memberships and services to potential clients and entrepreneurs;
  • Provide information and tours to prospective members, highlighting the benefits and features of the Innovation Hub;
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to attract new members;
  • Assist in organizing events, workshops, and meetings hosted at the Innovation Hub;
  • Maintain records, databases, and filing systems related to office operations and memberships;
  • Support other administrative tasks and projects as needed by the management team.

Tələblər

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in office management, hospitality, or customer service roles;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor;
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail;
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively in a fast-paced environment;
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of office equipment;
  • Sales experience or a willingness to learn sales techniques and strategies;
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, hospitality, or related fields is preferred;
  • Fluency in Azerbaijani and English languages (both written and spoken);
  • Passion for technology, innovation, and entrepreneurship;
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends for events or special activities.
