About the Role

An international professional services organization is seeking an experienced AI Developer to support the development and implementation of AI-driven solutions in a highly regulated, professional environment. The role focuses on automation, legal-tech solutions, and close collaboration with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and improve AI-based applications
Automate and optimize internal workflows (e.g. document analysis, contract review, research tools)
Integrate AI solutions into existing internal systems
Collaborate closely with non-technical stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
Work with Large Language Models (LLMs), including prompt engineering and API integrations
Ensure data security, confidentiality, and compliance with internal and regulatory standards
Document, test, and continuously improve AI solutions

Requirements

Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field
Practical experience in AI / ML application development
Strong Python skills and experience with AI frameworks (e.g. PyTorch, TensorFlow)
Experience working with NLP solutions and Large Language Models
Good understanding of software architecture, data structures, and system integrations
Very good English (written and spoken)
Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
High level of responsibility when handling sensitive data
