We are currently supporting one of our clients in the search for a Communications / PR Specialist to strengthen internal communications and reporting processes within a dynamic corporate environment.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong writing skills and the ability to manage communication flows between local teams and HQ.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal communications with HQ, ensuring timely and accurate information flow
- Prepare and submit regular reports (weekly, monthly, ad-hoc) aligned with corporate standards
- Collect and structure information from multiple departments for reporting purposes
- Draft, edit, and proofread communications, presentations, and official correspondence
- Ensure consistency of messaging in line with corporate guidelines
- Support PR activities and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- Track deadlines and follow up with teams to ensure timely delivery of inputs
- Assist in execution of communication initiatives and PR-related projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, PR, Journalism, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate communications, PR, or reporting
- Fluent English and Azerbaijani; Russian is an advantage
- Strong business writing and editing skills
- Experience working with reports and presentations for senior management / HQ
- Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.) is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
