On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Cost Controller

Job Purpose:

• We are looking for a Cost Controller to join the Project Controls team. The role is suitable for candidates with a finance or accounting background who want to work in EPC / construction or industrial projects and develop within project controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track project costs and physical progress on a regular basis
• Monitor budgets, commitments, and actual expenditures
• Maintain cost records and reconcile with accounting data
• Support progress measurement and cost performance analysis
• Prepare cost reports, variance analysis, and forecasts
• Assist project management with cost and progress information
• Verify invoices and proper cost allocation with Finance and Procurement teams

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
• 1–5 years of experience in cost control, finance, or project support roles
• Experience in EPC / construction / industrial projects is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus
• English – mandatory, Azerbaijani is an advantage
• Willingness to work full-time in Baku
