On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Executive Assistant to the CEO
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Chief Executive Officer. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the CEO’s daily schedule, coordinating communications, and ensuring smooth administrative and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials
- Organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Handle confidential information with a high level of discretion
- Assist with business correspondence and document preparation
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners
- Ensure efficient execution of daily executive tasks and priorities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant / Administrative Manager
- Excellent command of English (mandatory) – both written and spoken
- Additional languages such as Russian or Azerbaijani are a strong advantage
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
