On behalf of our client, we are seeking a HR Coordinator
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the full Performance Management cycle
- Assisting with Talent Acquisition (job postings, screening, interview coordination)
- Working with EMAS / HRIS systems and maintaining accurate employee data
- Handling migration & work permit procedures for foreign employees
- Managing HR documentation, onboarding/offboarding, and employee support
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in HR coordination/operations
- Strong knowledge of Performance Management & TA processes
- Experience with EMAS or other HR systems
- Understanding of migration/documentation processes
- Excellent communication skills
- Languages: Azerbaijani, English, Russian
