We are seeking an experienced HR Systems and Recruitment Officer for one of our clients operating in the Oil & Gas sector.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and talent pools.
  • Support workforce planning and recruitment activities.
  • Prepare employment offers and HR-related documentation.
  • Coordinate pre-employment medical examinations and onboarding documentation.
  • Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy within HR systems.
  • Prepare job descriptions, roles, and responsibilities.
  • Support HR reporting and organizational structure updates.
  • Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Higher education degree.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR and Recruitment within the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Fluent Azerbaijani and English; Russian is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience working with HR systems and databases.
  • Strong organizational and reporting skills.
