A large international industrial company operating in Azerbaijan is looking for an experienced HSSE Supervisor to support and monitor Health, Safety, Security and Environmental activities at the plant.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor HSSE performance and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Conduct regular HSE inspections and site safety tours
• Support implementation of HSSE management systems and emergency preparedness
• Participate in incident investigations and recommend corrective actions
• Prepare daily and monthly HSE reports
• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure safety standards are followed
• Support work permit system and safe work practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental Engineering or related field
• International HSE certification (NEBOSH, IOSH or similar)
• Previous experience in industrial / energy / plant operations environment
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards
• Good communication and reporting skills
• English proficiency
