We are currently looking for an experienced IFRS Manager to join the Finance team of a reputable company. The role is responsible for ensuring full compliance with IFRS standards, managing financial reporting processes, and supporting internal and external stakeholders on complex accounting matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation and review of IFRS financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annual)
• Ensure compliance with IFRS standards and regulatory requirements
• Develop and maintain accounting policies and reporting procedures
• Analyze and implement new and amended IFRS standards
• Provide guidance on complex accounting areas (revenue, leases, financial instruments, impairment, FX, etc.)
• Review contracts and transactions from an IFRS perspective
• Support and coordinate external and internal audits
• Work closely with Accounting, Tax, Legal, and Operations teams
• Participate in ERP and reporting system improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (Master’s preferred)
• ACCA / CPA (or equivalent) – mandatory
• Minimum 7 years of experience in IFRS reporting
• Experience in international or large-scale companies
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting
• Experience with audits and reporting processes
• Big 4 background is an advantage
• Fluent English
