About the Role

We are currently seeking a qualified Lawyer to provide comprehensive legal support to company operations and ensure full compliance with applicable legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

The successful candidate will play a key role in contract management, regulatory compliance, and day-to-day legal advisory support across business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate and amend contracts and legal documents
• Ensure compliance with civil, labor, administrative and procurement legislation
• Monitor contract execution and advise on amendments, renewals and termination
• Track legislative changes and update internal documentation accordingly
• Develop and maintain contract templates and legal documentation database
• Prepare legal opinions and analytical reports
• Handle legal correspondence, claims and draft responses
• Provide ongoing legal support to internal departments
• Support dispute prevention and risk mitigation initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM)
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant corporate or government legal experience
• Strong knowledge of Azerbaijani civil, labor, administrative and procurement law
• Strong contract drafting and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple legal matters simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and English (Russian is an advantage)
