Location: Baku, Azerbaijan

We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Marketer to join an innovative team working on new insurance and fintech products. This role is about testing customer demand and running lean growth experiments, not traditional corporate marketing.

Main Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute low-budget marketing experiments across digital/offline channels;
• Launch and test ads, email/WhatsApp/Telegram campaigns, landing pages;
• Analyze customer behavior, track conversions, and optimize campaigns;
• Develop and test positioning, messaging, and value propositions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or product validation;
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, GTM, email tools;
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills;
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and English;
• Proficiency with Canva, Notion, Google Sheets, AI tools.
