About the Role

• We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager / Marketing Operations Lead to drive the execution of strategic marketing initiatives and ensure operational excellence within the marketing function.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and execute the CMO’s strategic marketing vision
• Plan, launch, and manage integrated marketing campaigns
• Oversee marketing timelines, budgets, and KPIs
• Coordinate with internal legal teams to ensure content accuracy
• Monitor team productivity and optimize workflows
• Analyze performance data and prepare management reports

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in marketing management or marketing operations
• Strong project management and leadership skills
• Experience managing cross-functional collaboration
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret marketing data
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Fluency in English required
