We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to support the specification, evaluation, and integration of mechanical equipment for a large industrial project.

The role involves participation across the full project lifecycle — including design, construction, installation, and commissioning phases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support design and engineering of mechanical systems and equipment
• Review and analyze technical documentation; provide feedback and improvements
• Prepare and review equipment datasheets and specifications
• Coordinate with Process, Electrical, and C&I teams
• Participate in equipment selection and supplier evaluation
• Support installation, inspection, and commissioning activities
• Monitor compliance with project scope, quality, and timelines
• Inspect incoming equipment and ensure quality standards
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 5–8 years of experience in industrial / engineering projects
• Experience in design and commissioning of mechanical and rotating equipment
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems (conveyors, compressors, pressure equipment, etc.)
• Understanding of metallurgy / industrial production processes is an advantage
• Knowledge of API standards for rotating equipment
• Ability to read technical drawings and installation diagrams
• Basic knowledge of hydraulics and electrical systems
• MS Office proficiency
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
• Azerbaijani language – required
• English and/or Russian – preferred
