IRES is currently looking for an experienced Doctor to join an offshore project.

Work Location: Offshore Operations Vessel

Requirements

• Degree from Azerbaijan Medical University (Doctor’s Diploma)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in emergency medicine, including reanimation, ambulance service or intensive care
• Minimum 3 years of offshore project experience
• Valid Azerbaijan State Doctor’s License
• Valid ACLS / ATLS / BLS certification
• English – fluent
• Azerbaijani – fluent
• Russian – preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Provide medical coverage and emergency medical support to offshore personnel
• Monitor employees’ health and fitness for duty
• Maintain medical records, reports and electronic medical databases
• Conduct hygiene and sanitary inspections
• Carry out preventive health activities and medical training
• Support alcohol and drug control programs
• Manage medicines, medical consumables and equipment inventories
• Ensure proper medical waste management
• Establish and support First Aid Teams for emergency situations
• Ensure availability for medical emergencies as required
• Maintain compliance with HSEQ policies, procedures and requirements
