We are looking for an experienced Offshore Mechanic Foreman to join an offshore construction vessel project.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the mechanic/maintenance team onboard the vessel.
- Ensure continuous operation of assigned equipment through preventive, routine and corrective maintenance.
- Organize equipment repairs and troubleshooting activities.
- Ensure maintenance activities are performed in accordance with manufacturers’ specifications and established procedures.
- Coordinate the deck mechanic team and ensure work is completed according to quality requirements and agreed schedules.
- Ensure compliance with Permit to Work (PTW), isolation procedures, Toolbox Talks and JSA requirements.
- Monitor equipment condition and promptly report equipment malfunctions.
- Implement maintenance procedures and identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and availability.
- Manage and evaluate the performance of assigned maintenance personnel.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, spare parts usage and related costs.
- Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure availability of required spare parts.
- Ensure workshops and work areas are maintained in a safe, clean and organized condition.
- Ensure full compliance with HSE/HSEQ policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Technical education.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role on a construction vessel within the Oil & Gas industry.
- Strong practical knowledge of mechanical equipment maintenance, troubleshooting and repair.
- Previous experience supervising and coordinating mechanical/maintenance teams.
- Good understanding of offshore HSE requirements and safe working practices.
- Fluent English and Azerbaijani.
