About the Role
- We are seeking a highly organized, reliable, and proactive Personal Assistant to the CEO to provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support. The ideal candidate must have proven experience as a PA, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide full administrative and personal support to the CEO
- Manage daily schedule, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials
- Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Handle phone calls, emails, and business communications in a professional manner
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times
- Coordinate tasks with internal departments and follow up on deadlines
- Assist with personal matters when required
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant to senior management / CEO (mandatory)
- Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English (spoken and written)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- High level of responsibility, discretion, and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
