We are looking for a Planning Engineer to join the Transport Department.

Work Location: Daşkəsən

Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly plans for the vehicle fleet
• Plan vehicle usage and movement schedules
• Organize and monitor drivers’ work schedules
• Minimize vehicle idle time
• Prepare maintenance and repair schedules
• Monitor fuel consumption and repair/operation costs
• Track KPIs for efficient vehicle use
• Coordinate with drivers, technical staff, suppliers and service centers
• Maintain documentation related to repairs, inspections and operations
• Monitor vehicles through GPS and other control systems

Requirements:

• Higher technical education
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
• Basic knowledge of automotive technology
• Strong planning and analytical skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and 1C
• Advanced Azerbaijani and English
• Good MS Office skills
