On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced Procurement Supervisor to join their Procurement & Logistics team on a full-time basis. This role is key to ensuring timely sourcing of materials and services, supporting uninterrupted production operations, and leading daily procurement activities.

• Reports to: Manager, Procurement & Logistics
• Employment: Full-time, On-site

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise on-site purchasing team activities, including supplier and end-user communications and purchase order coordination.
• Ensure timely availability of materials through close coordination with production, warehouse, logistics, and quality departments.
• Develop quarterly consumables and services list in collaboration with the Project Manager.
• Maintain procurement documentation (POs, contracts, delivery notes) and ensure timely submission for payment.
• Support accounting with invoice processing by providing complete and accurate documentation.
• Address and escalate issues related to delays, discrepancies, or material quality.
• Prepare and present weekly procurement performance reports.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (certifications are a plus).
• Minimum 6 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain.
• Strong knowledge of Azerbaijani and English (both fluent).
• Proficiency in ERP/Procurement systems (Sage, Oracle, etc.) and Microsoft Office.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
