Job Overview
- We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to support the Project Manager and project team. This role will focus on document control, administrative coordination, and ensuring smooth day-to-day project operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide full administrative support to the Project Manager and team
- Manage and control project documentation (registration, tracking, archiving)
- Ensure proper document formatting, editing, and quality control
- Maintain document registers, logs, and filing systems
- Coordinate document reviews and approvals
- Organize meetings, calendars, travel, and logistics
- Support office operations and procurement coordination
- Assist with onboarding of new team members
- Coordinate with finance/procurement on invoices and requests
- Ensure confidentiality of all project-related information
- Support audits by maintaining accurate documentation
Requirements
- Proven experience in administration / project support / document control
- Understanding of document control processes
- Strong skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- English – advanced level
- Azerbaijani – fluent
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional, reliable, and proactive attitude
