About the Role:
- We are currently looking for an experienced QA/QC Manager to join a large-scale international construction project within the energy/infrastructure sector.
- The role is focused on ensuring that all construction, installation, and commissioning activities are executed in full compliance with project specifications, international standards, and contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all QA/QC activities across construction phases (civil, mechanical, electrical, I&C)
- Monitor and control EPC contractor quality performance on site
- Supervise inspections, testing activities (FATs, RFIs), and material approvals
- Ensure compliance with approved Quality Plans and project documentation
- Manage non-conformities (NCRs/FONs) and ensure corrective actions are implemented
- Oversee vendor inspections, fabrication, and procurement quality (including off-site)
- Coordinate with construction, engineering, and commissioning teams
- Participate in audits, site inspections, and quality meetings
- Ensure full quality documentation for project handover and commissioning
Requirements:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in construction projects (EPC/EPCM environment)
- Proven experience as QA/QC Manager on large industrial/infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC standards, procedures, and systems
- Hands-on experience with site supervision and contractor management
- Experience in managing multi-disciplinary construction activities
- Strong understanding of inspections, testing, and commissioning processes
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English (Russian is an advantage)
