On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Sales Manager

Work schedule: Full-time (6 days per week)

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the sales of apartments within the project
• Developing sales strategies together with the internal team
• Establishing initial contact with potential clients and organizing meetings
• Providing clients with accurate and detailed information about the project
• Conducting presentations at the sales office and on-site
• Maintaining and following up with potential clients
• Achieving sales targets and preparing monthly sales reports
• Assisting clients during the contract preparation process
• Monitoring competitors and market pricing policies
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining post-sale relationships 

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience (real estate sector only)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work with clients and strong persuasion skills
• Fluent Azerbaijani, knowledge of Russian is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Active, responsible, and results-oriented
• Ability to work in a team with strong sales motivation
