A confidential company is currently looking for a Senior Consultant with strong experience in accounting, tax compliance, payroll, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounting and tax compliance processes
- Support payroll administration and HR-related operations
- Prepare and review financial and tax reports
- Ensure compliance with local legislation and internal procedures
- Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders professionally
- Support consulting and advisory projects when required
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Senior Tax Consultant or similar role
- Big 4 / Big 10 experience is highly preferred
- 2–3 years of relevant professional experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, payroll, and HR processes
- High level of English proficiency is mandatory
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work confidentially and professionally
Salary & Benefits:
- Gross monthly salary: 2,500 – 3,500 AZN
- Additional bonus: up to 2 extra monthly salaries based on KPIs
- Salary package will depend on candidate’s skills and experience
