We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Senior Specialist in Service Sales.
Job Responsibilities:
- Carry out field sales of the services offered by the service department;
- Conduct market research, analyze competitors to identify opportunities, and attract potential customers;
- Implement promotional campaigns in cooperation with relevant departments to increase sales volume and promote services;
- Regularly visit existing customers to understand their needs, as well as to gather complaints and suggestions;
- Communicate effectively with customers and provide them with comprehensive information about products and services;
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction;
- Prepare periodic reports on sales performance and present them to management;
- Monitor post-sales customer satisfaction and provide suggestions to optimize sales activities.
Candidate Requirements:
- Education: Higher education (in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or other related fields);
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in field sales;
- Age Limit: 22–35 years;
- Language Skills: Fluent in Azerbaijani and Russian (both oral and written); knowledge of other languages is an advantage;
- Technical Knowledge and Skills: Proficient in MS Office programs; experience with CRM or ERP systems is an advantage.
