We are conducting a confidential search for a leading real estate development portfolio.

Role Overview

Senior-level Client-side position responsible for establishing and leading a centralized technical control system across large-scale construction projects.

Focus: execution compliance, contract protection, risk management, and portfolio-level supervision (not a traditional site supervision role)

Key Responsibilities

• Implement structured technical control and site monitoring
• Review design documentation (constructability, risks, compliance with AzDTN)
• Monitor construction progress, quality, schedule, and contractor performance
• Identify and escalate technical, cost, and delay risks
• Oversee technical office and reporting processes
• Review BOQ, payment certificates, variations, and claims
• Lead Value Engineering and optimization initiatives
• Coordinate with regulatory authorities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or Architecture (Master’s preferred)
• 18+ years in construction / real estate development
• 6–8+ years in senior leadership roles
• Experience in large-scale projects (100,000+ m²)
• Strong knowledge of AzDTN and construction regulations
• Advanced Excel & AutoCAD
• Fluent English
• Willingness to travel to project sites
