About the Role
- We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Control Manager to oversee technical control and construction monitoring across a portfolio of large-scale development projects. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with technical standards, contractual requirements, quality, and safety while protecting the Client's interests throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical control and construction monitoring activities.
- Review design documentation and assess technical risks.
- Monitor construction quality, progress, and contractor performance.
- Lead multidisciplinary technical control teams.
- Oversee technical office functions and reporting.
- Review technical aspects of contracts, payments, and change orders.
- Coordinate with government authorities and external stakeholders.
- Drive Value Engineering and project optimization initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 18 years of construction experience.
- 6–8+ years in a senior construction leadership position.
- Experience on large-scale mixed-use, residential, or commercial developments (100,000+ m²).
- Strong knowledge of project controls, construction methodology, and risk management.
- Advanced MS Office and AutoCAD skills.
- Fluent English is mandatory.
