Job Overview

• We are seeking a motivated Service Technician (Electrical) to support the operation and maintenance of wind energy assets. The successful candidate will be responsible for electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, inspections, and repair activities on wind turbines while ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of wind turbines.
• Troubleshoot electrical, electromechanical, and control systems.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Support high-voltage maintenance activities and fault diagnostics.
• Monitor and analyze turbine alarms through SCADA systems.
• Complete maintenance reports, work orders, and technical documentation.
• Follow HSE, Permit-to-Work (PTW), and Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO) procedures.
• Assist with major component replacements and site maintenance activities.

Requirements

• Technical diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics, Power Engineering, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in electrical maintenance, industrial equipment, power generation, renewable energy, or similar technical environments.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and technical manuals.
• Good English language skills (reading and understanding technical documentation).
• Valid driving license.
• Ability to work at heights and in outdoor environments.
• Wind energy experience or certifications are considered an advantage.
